ADULTS CLASSES AT SUPERARTS

Superarts Academy are now offering adults classes in our dance studio with sprung flooring, mirrors and ballet barres. 

 

For fitness, strength, building confidence and fun, come along to Superarts Academy. 

 

Please note the studio is on the 2nd floor but a lift is available if required. Showers are not available.

AUTHENTIC HATHA YOGA

This class is suitable for all body types and abilities. 
    Class fees: £9 per class or 5 class pass for £40

Description of classes

FLOOR & BALLET BARREFloor barre is a wonderful strengthening & conditioning programme for everyone, regardless of age or ability. Work through all the important muscle groups whilst the body is safely supported by the floor. We will then put what we've learnt into practise standing at the barre and into the centre.

NEXUSTONICS: Susan has developped  NEXUSTONICS  by bringing together her own experience and study of DANCE, TAI CHI, QI GONG, PILATES, GYROTONICS, MEDITATION and more. Connecting these practises from the various trainings which have been taught for thousands of years such as Qi Gong, will help set you up for the day and develop self-awareness. "BODIES LOVE TO STRETCH AND BE STRETCHED ON ALL LEVELS"!

AUTHENTIC HATHA YOGA: This class is suitable for all body types and abilities. Learn ancient techniques to help the body to maintain balance and harmony which encourages self awareness and self-healing. Learn deep breathing techniques that encourage the body to relax and repair. Yoga is a natural adaptogen, encouraging mind control enabling us to become less reactive to everyday stresses of life.  

BROADWAY JAZZFollowing a jazz warm up, based on Matt Mattox style, you will be taught choreography from the well known musical - Chorus Line.
